M Hotel Kigali

I like the place as it is very clean, well organised and well interior design. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The efficiency of pickup at the airport was impressive, my flight was at 3am and we ve landed 20min in advance, and I was surprised that the driver was already outside waiting and was free as well. The breakfast had loads of varieties from local to international dishes. The service overall was friendly and approachable. They provide in town activities as well, I just went and booked pottery making, and cooking experience with locals at the reception, how efficient! Was worth the price and enjoyable. I would really recommend it for people traveling for tour purposes as I ve enjoyed it.

Breakfast was nice but a little more options should be added.

The check in was extremely very fast. It is a quiet environment in the night. Strategically located for easy access to the business center. Well maintained facility.

The staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Security was superb. The room was very clean. It is strange that the entrance to the hotel lobby is through the garage. That was very strange that the lobby did not have an entrance. Maybe for security.
